Joe Cohan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and brings over 25 years of civil engineering experience to the industry. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, managing large-scale infrastructure and wastewater projects, where his leadership and negotiation skills saved millions in construction costs. Since transitioning to the private sector, Joe has led the design and development of numerous high-impact residential, commercial, and municipal projects across Texas, California, and beyond.
As Vice President at ViewPoint Engineering, Joe specializes in stormwater management, grading and drainage design, and construction oversight. His portfolio includes complex developments such as multi-family communities, large-scale retail centers, and hospitality projects. Joe is known for his ability to navigate regulatory requirements, mentor engineering teams, and drive successful project outcomes from concept through construction.

Will Buzzelli, a seasoned professional in the field of engineering, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team at Viewpoint Engineering. His educational journey unfolded in San Antonio, TX where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Upon completing his education, Will embarked on his professional career at a prominent local engineering firm, where he honed his skills and knowledge over four years. His dedication and commitment to his work soon led them to Austin, TX, where he continued to make significant contributions to the engineering field.
In his role at Viewpoint, Will plays a pivotal role in facilitating the acquisition of new projects and skillfully navigating them through the complex permitting stages. Beyond project acquisition, Will is committed to nurturing and developing the talents of younger engineers, guiding them on their journey to becoming adept project managers and leaders within the organization.
