His professional career began in the construction industry where he worked on large diameter utility transmission lines as a field engineer before becoming a consultant. This exposure equipped him with a comprehensive perspective and contributed to value engineering in the design process, resulting in substantial cost and time efficiencies for ViewPoint Engineering’s clients.

Upon completing his education, Will embarked on his professional career at a prominent local engineering firm, where he honed his skills and knowledge over four years. His dedication and commitment to his work soon led them to Austin, TX, where he continued to make significant contributions to the engineering field.
Will’s transition to Viewpoint Engineering marked an exciting new chapter in his career. In his role at Viewpoint, Will will plays a pivotal role in facilitating the acquisition of new projects and skillfully navigating them through the complex permitting stages. Beyond project acquisition, Will is committed to nurturing and developing the talents of younger engineers, guiding them on their journey to becoming adept project managers and leaders within the organization.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and is an experienced professional with over 7 years of expertise in Land Development Engineering. He began his career in the Oil and Gas Field, serving as a Field Engineer for 5 years, before transitioning to a role as an Environmental Engineer. However, seeking a profession more closely aligned with his degree, Adam ultimately found his niche in Land Development Engineering.
Throughout his career, Adam has been involved in on-site development for a diverse range of projects, including over 120 commercial ventures and 50 residential developments across the greater San Antonio area and up through Austin and the surrounding jurisdictions..
Now, as a Project Manager at ViewPoint Engineering, Adam brings his wealth of experience to the forefront. His responsibilities include training and mentoring junior engineers, conducting engineering design, and overseeing projects from the feasibility stage through the permitting and construction phases. With a focus on ensuring successful project outcomes, Adam is well-positioned to contribute significantly to ViewPoint Engineering’s success.
