Mark Lind

Mark Lind

Director of Vertical Planning & Design

Mark has an undergraduate dual degree in architecture from the University of Texas and a Master’s of Science degree from Arizona State focused on energy-efficient and climate-responsive building design.
His professional career has included everything from the design of award-winning custom homes, to apartments, museums, medical facilities, retail/commercial spaces, urban infill projects, and the design of New Urbanist communities.
Many of Mark’s projects have been showcased on local AIA and Cool House homes tours, published in national trade magazines, and featured in books on contemporary architecture.
Although a native Austinite, Mark has lived and worked in areas as diverse in culture and climate as Phoenix, San Francisco, and Copenhagen, Denmark.
Mark is passionate about building sustainable, energy-efficient, biophilic projects designed to respond to the demands of their local climate and topography, and he is equally passionate about designing walkable, mixed use communities that are integrated within a system of well-designed exterior spaces.
